Rare and Aged Teas Tasting with Sergey Shevelev at Brussels Tea Festival
At this year’s Brussels Tea Festival, join a special tasting session hosted by Sergey Shevelev, founder of Moychay.nl and dedicated tea traveler. This is an open, engaging experience built around one thing: the joy of discovering rare teas together.
Over the course of 1.5 hours, you’ll taste a curated selection of origin-sourced teas that Sergey personally discovered during his travels through China, Taiwan, Thailand, and more. Each tea tells a story — of a region, a grower, or a chance encounter on the road.
Rather than a quiet ceremony, this is a lively tasting — perfect for curious newcomers and experienced tea lovers alike. Teas will be brewed and served in small infusions throughout the session, in the spirit of Gong Fu Cha, but with a relaxed and open atmosphere that invites conversation, questions, and connection.
