Amsterdam Nights Shu Puer, Moychay (Harvest 2019, pressed in 2023) 100g

A 100-gram tea cake of medium density, effortlessly separates into small, brown and red buds. The aroma is restrained, with bakery and nutty notes. The infusion is dark reddish-chestnut.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, nutty-and-woody, with bakery, balsamic and fruity notes. The aroma is rich, nutty-and-woody. The taste is dense and mellow, sweetish, with a slight bitterness of cocoa beans and nuances of spices.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. Then, starting with an exposure of 1-2 seconds and increasing the time to 3 minutes, you can steep the tea 7 times.

"Amsterdam nights" is an excellent Ripe Puer with a rich taste and soft tonic effect.
