Mingqian Yixing Lui Cha

In appearance: small, thin flagella of olive-green tea buds. The fragrance is restrained, herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a light green shade.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, nutty-herbaceous with smoky and floral hints. The aroma is restrained, nutty-herbaceous. The taste is rich, soft and smooth, oily, sweetish, with a slight fruity sourness and lingering finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (80-85°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. After that starting with an exposure of 5-7 seconds and bringing the time to 2 minutes, you can steep the tea 5 more times.
