Today we are going to Pinglin, a small town to the south of Taibei, Taiwan. We will see how oolong teas like Wenshan Baozhong and Dongfang Meiren are cultivated. We will also touch upon the confusion around these tea names.
We are about to visit red tea factory in Jiangxi province, in suburbs of Jingdezhen. It is one of the first big tea factories in China, but what is more interesting that this factory preserving old technology of making tea, including old machinery, old buildings and experienced tea technologists. In this video you will see museum grade machinery that up and running and producing tea. More over you'll see tea tasting process and learn a bit about Chinese road traffic.
We are going to Kuding Xu village to see its tea plantations, surrounded by incredibly beautiful nature. We will talk about two different types of Kuding and it's healthy properties and take a glance at some stages of Kuding tea production.
