Pemeri Georgian Gaba Red Tea (summer 2024, SH-1)

Georgian natural semi-fermentation red (black) tea, with partial regular and partial vacuum fermentation (to increase the amount of GABA acid). Pemeri in Georgian means "farmer".

 This tea has this name to honor all the local Ozurgeti tea farmers and tea pickers, who work very hard all the season, to deliver best tea material for our factory.

Two and three leaf + one bud material. Technology was developed by Sergey Shevelev during summer 2024 experiments on the factory (SH marker). Handcrafted in Ozurgeti, Georgia.
