Oolong Evening — A Journey Through Fire, Leaf & Aroma
Oolong is the tea that refuses to fit into a single category.
Not green, not black — but a pathway between them.
Shaped by weather, altitude, oxidation, and fire, each oolong carries its own story: soft or structured, floral or roasted, bright or mineral-rich.
On this December evening, we’ll explore how a single plant can express so many tones.
You’ll taste several oolongs side by side — moving from light, fresh, high-mountain character to deeper, warmer, roasted profiles.
Each tea will be brewed Gong Fu style, with multiple infusions, so you can notice how the flavour shifts from cup to cup: the opening aroma, the middle sweetness, the quiet finish.
This isn’t a formal lesson.
It’s a slow, attentive tasting — a chance to sit down, breathe, compare, and feel the difference that craftsmanship makes.
A warm and grounding moment before the end of the year.

What You Will Taste
A curated selection such as:
- High-mountain green oolong — floral, clean, uplifting
- Creamy lightly-oxidised oolong — smooth natural sweetness
- Medium-roast oolong — warm, toasty, comforting
- Dark-roast Wuyi-style oolong — mineral, structured, long finish
Each tea is brewed in small steps so its whole character can be experienced.
