Step into a sensory brunch experience where Asian fusion cuisine meets the philosophy of movement, depth, and balance. Inspired by the concept of Three Elements — Wood (freshness), Water (depth), and Fire (warmth) — this menu is designed to awaken the palate in three stages, each with its own tempo and energy. You’ll enjoy: – A three-part tasting menu, served from light to bold – Curated Gong Fu-style teas brewed live between each course by Moychay – A chance to connect with food and tea as layered, rhythmic experiences — not just flavours, but textures, temperatures, and moods ⸻

 Course I: Wood – Freshness Light, exploratory, and crisp. This opening bite is designed to refresh the senses and open the palate. Expect green, raw, or gently pickled notes — something uplifting, served with a bright, high-mountain tea that mirrors freshness and clarity.

 Course II: Water – Depth Softer, slower, and rounder in texture. This course explores deeper layers — umami, smoothness, silence. Expect a more grounded bite, possibly steamed or marinated, served with a rich, nuanced tea that reveals itself over multiple infusions.

 Course III: Fire – Warmth Comforting, aromatic, and full. The final dish leans into warmth and satisfaction, served either roasted, pan-fried, or infused with gentle spice.

The tea pairing brings in roasted or aged character — warming, full-bodied leaves, brewed with intention to close the experience slowly.

⸻ Each tea is brewed live in Gong Fu style by Moychay, using carefully selected loose leaf teas that complement the rhythm of the dishes. In between courses, the pace slows down for each new tea — allowing space to observe and feel the transitions.
