Can you enhance the taste of chocolate by having it with tea? How to create tea and chocolate pairings that reveal hidden flavour nuances of both?


Join us on this taste journey together with two renowned professionals dedicated to their craft.

The force behind this session are the founder of Moychay and tea aficionado Sergey Shevelev, and Rita Zamoschina—the founder and the maker of Carambole Chocolate who have earned multiple prestigious awards from the Academy of Chocolate in London. Together they will join to illustrate the ins and outs of tea and chocolate pairing.


At the event you will learn how to combine various sorts of tea with the finest craft chocolate; you will discover the nuances of each product's texture, aroma, intensity and flavour that can enhance the taste journey and reveal new flavours.


Sergey will curate a collection of unique teas from around the globe, each with distinct characteristics. Rita will respond with the collection of rare and special bean-to-bar chocolate selected from the best makers worldwide. She will then expertly pair each tea with a complementary chocolate, ensuring an intriguing and harmonious taste journey.
