As December settles in and the city turns softer with lights, we invite you into Moychay for a warm and comforting winter workshop.
This edition is all about creating seasonal tea lattes — festive, aromatic, and perfect for the colder days.
During this session you’ll explore how to turn loose-leaf teas into velvety winter drinks using oat milk, spices, and gentle brewing methods.
You’ll taste different teas, learn the basics of flavour-pairing, and then create 1–2 lattes of your own — crafted exactly the way you like them.
Examples of what you can learn to make:
✨ Roasted oolong latte with warm, nutty depth
✨ Black tea or aged white tea latte with gentle winter spice
✨ Green tea latte with a soft, creamy uplifting note
✨ Or build your own blend from Moychay’s winter archive
You’ll learn how to steam & froth milk, extract flavour properly, and build a latte that feels like a small winter ritual.
Perfect to enjoy with friends, partners, or solo — just a quiet, heartwarming evening in the teahouse.
