This evening brings all of those elements together in one simple, comforting gathering: a guided pairing of winter cakes with warming loose-leaf teas, served in the serene atmosphere of the teahouse.
We begin with a tea ceremony in gong-fu style — calm, aromatic brews that open the senses and ease everyone into the moment.
From there, we explore how certain cakes pair beautifully with different teas: how fragrance, sweetness, texture, and warmth interact.
Everything is curated for the season:
