This evening offers a calm, focused space to pause, reflect, and consciously shape the year ahead. Through tea, creativity, and an embodied integration practice, you’ll create a vision that feels clear, realistic, and aligned.
Tea Ceremony — Creating Space for the New
We begin with a mindful tea ceremony in the Moychay tradition. Slow pours, warm cups, and quiet presence help you arrive fully and leave behind the noise of the past year.
The tea supports focus and grounded awareness, creating space to reflect on what you want to invite into this new chapter.
Vision Board Creation — Clarifying Your Direction
With a calm and clear mind, we move into a guided Vision Board session focused on the year ahead.
You’ll work with images, words, colours, and intuitive associations to create a board that reflects your intentions — not only what you want to create, but how you want to move through the year.
Your vision board becomes a visual anchor for your goals and a meaningful reminder to take home.
3. Integration Practice — Anchoring Your Vision
To close the evening, you’ll be guided through a short meditation designed to anchor your vision within.
Through gentle grounding, breath, and focused awareness, your intentions are given space to settle into the body. This final moment helps everything from the evening land — allowing you to step forward feeling connected to your new direction.
