Together, they invite you on a guided flavor journey—pairing rare loose-leaf teas with craft chocolate and beautifully designed chocolate bonbons, each chosen to highlight and elevate the other.
What makes it special:
The Tea
Sergey will present a selection of teas sourced through years of travel in tea-growing regions. Brewed using the Gong Fu Cha method—with short, aromatic infusions—these teas are chosen specifically to pair with the flavors of each bonbon. Expect complexity, warmth, and unexpected harmony in every cup.
The Chocolate
Rita will come up with collection of rare craft chocolate bars from around the world and Carambole bonbons, carefully chosen to pair with the flavors of each tea. Carambole bonbons are bold, experimental, intricate, and full of personality. Crafted from leading bean-to-bar chocolate, each piece is made in tiny batches, using unique ingredients and very little sugar. Think punchy flavors, vivid colors, and emotions in every bite.
