Step into a flavorful evening of hands-on cooking, culture, and tea. In this workshop, you’ll learn to make dumplings from scratch — shaping, folding, and cooking your own batch with seasonal fillings and dipping sauces.
Whether it’s your first time or you’re already a dumpling fan, this session is designed for connection, creativity, and great taste.

The evening begins with a
Pin Cha tea ceremony — a relaxed and social format of traditional Chinese tea tasting. You’ll be introduced to natural teas carefully selected by Moychay, brewed in multiple short steeps to unfold their flavor, aroma, and character. It’s a moment to slow down, connect with the group, and enter the spirit of the evening.
