Georgian natural semi-fermentation red (black) tea, with partial regular and partial vacuum fermentation (to increase the amount of GABA acid). Tskhare in Georgian means "Spicy", this tea has this name because this batch a bit of spicy flavor. Two and three leaf + one bud material. Technology was developed by Sergey Shevelev during summer 2024 experiments on the factory (SH marker). Handcrafted in Ozurgeti, Georgia.
