Join us for a special tea tasting session with Sergey Shevelev, founder of Moychay, as he presents a brand-new lineup of teas from his most recent journey to Asia. This event will feature teas from the newest collections — carefully selected by Sergey.
Every tea in this session is new to our shelves and has not been shared in previous tastings. You can expect a diverse range of origins and processing styles: vibrant greens, expressive oolongs, deep reds, and much more.
Each tea will be steeped using short infusion techniques, so we can explore their evolving flavor profiles over several rounds.
Sergey will guide the tasting with context and insights on:
• Where tea is sourced, how it’s processed, its flavor profiles and more. This session is ideal for both experienced tea drinkers and curious newcomers who want to explore the freshest teas of the year and gain insight into the work that goes into selecting and sourcing quality loose-leaf tea.
