The aged tea «Junshan Yu Jian» from Hunan Province.
In appearance: small, thin, beige-gray, fluffy buds. The fragrance is restrained, herbaceous with a hint of oregano. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is aged, herbaceous with hints of meadow flowers. The fragrance is tender, herbaceous and floral. The taste is full-bodied and silky, with a light woody tartness, green apple sourness, minty coolness and a subtle smoked nuance.
Steep the tea in a hot water (75-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 30 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 5-7 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 9-10 times.
The effect is refreshing, soft tonic, cheering.
